The Milwaukee Bucks are nearing a four-year, $38 million agreement with restricted free agent guard Matthew Dellavedova.
Apparently, coming off the Cleveland Cavaliers bench pays off. Dellavedova was replaced in the rotation by Mo Williams in the postseason, so this is a pretty good amount of money for the 25-year-old Aussie. The Bucks have stated their desire to have someone on the perimeter who can defend other point guards, so there's a decent chance that he winds up starting for Milwaukee.
Dellavedova averaged 7.5 points and 4.4 assists in 24.6 minutes per game on a .527 true shooting percentage this season. He ranked 84th with a -0.4 nERD during the year.
