Washington reportedly reaches deal with Bradley Beal
The Washington Wizards have finished a deal with shooting guard Bradley Beal, per ESPN's Jeff Goodman.
Word all season was that Washington was going to offer Beal a max contract, and with this deal being worth a reported $130 million over five years, that's exactly what played out.
Despite playing a career-low 31.1 minutes, Beal averaged a career-high 17.4 points while adding 3.4 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game this season. His .547 true shooting percentage was a career-best, though his -1.9 nERD ranked only 99th in the NBA.
