Clippers trying to make a push for Kevin Durant
The Los Angeles Clippers are reportedly attempting to sell Kevin Durant on teaming up with Blake Griffin, Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan.
The Clips are scheduled to get a meeting with Durant on Friday, and all three members of their Big 3 will be in attendance. Los Angeles would have to do some roster juggling to make it work, but the Clippers would certainly be a title contender with Durant on board. Things are about to heat up.
Durant is coming off of a phenomenal season in which he posted a career-high 12.4 percent total rebound rate, the second highest assist rate of his career at 24.2 percent, and still finished third in the league with 28.2 points per game. His 19.7 nERD was second only to Stephen Curry.
