Steph Curry hits just 6-of-19 shots in Warriors' defeat
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry struggled during Sunday's season-ending Game 7 defeat, scoring 17 points on 6-of-19 shooting with five rebounds, two assists, and one steal in 39 minutes.
Curry struggled, shooting just 4-of-14 from 3-point land. Klay Thompson had a rough game, as well, totaling just 14 points. Draymond Green (32 points, 15 boards and nine assists) carried the mail in this one, outscoring the Splash Brothers by himself.
It's a tough end to what was an outstanding year for Golden State as a team and Curry as an individual. Curry had a historically-great season, winning his second straight MVP, this one unanimously. He ran circles around the rest of the league with a 26.3 nERD, and he averaged an insane 5.1 made 3-pointers per game. Curry finished with a True Shooting Percentage of 66.9 percent.
