Bulls want Andrew Wiggins from Minnesota if they deal Jimmy Butler
The Chicago Bulls reportedly want Andrew Wiggins included in any deal for Jimmy Butler.
Minnesota has dangled the fifth overall pick in trades, and Chicago has expressed some interest, with the Timberwolves eyeing star Jimmy Butler as a return piece. Butler won't come cheap, however, as Chicago wants Wiggins. One of the takeaways here is that the Bulls seem to be open to dealing Butler.
Butler is one of the best players in the league, regarded as an elite two-way force. He averaged 20.9 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.8 assists per night while posting an 8.6 nERD, which ranked 15th. Wiggins -- who ranked 115th with a -3.6 nERD, has shown some flashes, but he's been terribly inefficient on offense, posting a 46.9 percent Effective Field Goal Percentage through two seasons. Still, Wiggins just turned 21 and has breathtaking athleticism.
