Cleveland Cavaliers forward Richard Jefferson made a fill-in start on Wednesday, posting nine points, eight rebounds, two assists, two steals and one 3-pointer in 33 minutes as Cleveland blew out the Golden State Warriors in Game 3.
Jefferson was starting in place of Kevin Love, who hadn't made his way through the concussion protocol, and came through in a crucial Game 3 as the Cavs were down 2-0 to start the series.
He ranked only 76th in the league with a 0.4 nERD in the regular season, but he has been effective in the playoffs, posting a 61.6 Effective Field Goal Percentage and 14.4 Player Efficiency Rating.
