Giannis Antetokounmpo (back) won't return in Game 1 for Milwaukee on Sunday
Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo will not return Sunday in the team's game against the Miami Heat.
Antetokounmpo hit the deck hard a couple times in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Playoffs, the latter being after a charge was called on him. Now, the team has ruled him out for the rest of the evening due to a lower back contusion. It'll be a tall task for the Bucks to make up for his absence, and it'll be up to Pat Connaughton and Jae Crowder to assume his role.
Before exiting, Antetokounmpo had 6 points, 3 rebounds and 8.6 FanDuel points.
