Minnesota Timberwolves forward Jaden McDaniels fractured his hand in the team's win over the New Orleans Pelicans, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
It was as bad a day possible for Minnesota, aside from the fact the team won and secured the No. 8 seed. Rudy Gobert was sent home after trying to punch teammate Kyle Anderson, and McDaniels broke his right hand punching a wall shortly after. The team is in disarray heading into Tuesday's contest versus the Lakers, and it'll be up to Anderson and Taurean Prince to try to replicate McDaniels' production.
In 78 games this season, McDaniels has averaged 12.2 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists.
