Spurs' Romeo Langford (injury management) out versus former team Sunday
San Antonio Spurs guard Romeo Langford (injury management) will not play in Sunday's game against the Boston Celtics.
Sunday would have been Langford's first game back in TD Garden after the Celtics traded him to San Antonio a season ago, but the former Celtic will sit out a third straight contest for injury management purposes.
Langford has made more starts in his first full season with the Spurs (21) than he had in his previous three seasons (11) with Boston, and has averaged career-highs in points (7.2), rebounds (2.8), and assists (1.2) per game this season.
