Charania: Trail Blazers reportedly 'leaning toward shutting down' Damian Lillard (calf)
According to Shams Charania, Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard could be shut down for the remainder of the regular season.
Lillard could sit out Portland's last nine games due to a recent calf injury and Portland's fading chances to make the Western Conference play-in tournament. Expect Ryan Arcidiacono to play more minutes at point guard for the remainder of their regular season if Lillard is inactive.
Per Rotogrinders' Court IQ in 96.8 minutes with Lillard off the floor this season, Arcidiacono is averaging 0.53 FanDuel points per minute and a 11.7% usage rate.
