Minnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns (calf) could return on Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks, per Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium.
Towns has been sidelined since November 28 with a Grade 3 calf strain. The Timberwolves are likely going to ease Towns back into action with a minutes restriction, but his return will likely send Kyle Anderson to the bench and cut into minutes for Jaden McDaniels and Naz Reid.
KAT is averaging 39.7 FanDuel points in 33.8 minutes per game this season. In games that Towns is out, Anderson leads the Timberwolves with an additional 9.7 minutes (30.3) and 11.4 FanDuel points (30.0) per game.
