Bismack Biyombo will decline player option with Toronto
Toronto Raptors center Bismack Biyombo will decline his $2.9 million player option for the 2016-17 season, according to Marc Stein of ESPN.
This is no surprise, as Biyombo showed great improvement this season, and is sure to command more $2.9 million as an unrestricted free agent.
He ranked 40th in the NBA with a 4.4 nERD in the regular season, and his 20.8 total rebound rate was a career-best, while his .586 True Shooting Percentage was the second highest mark of his career.
