New Orleans Pelicans center Jonas Valanciunas will not play Sunday in the team's game against the Sacramento Kings.
Valanciunas is dealing with right quadriceps soreness. He was listed doubtful, and now, he has been ruled out as expected. Willy Hernangomez and Jaxson Hayes will be in line for increased roles down low.
In 54 games this season, Valanciunas is averaging 14.6 points, 9.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 29.1 FanDuel points.
