Jalen Green (calf) to remain out Friday for Rockets
Houston Rockets shooting guard Jalen Green (calf) will not play on Friday against the Toronto Raptors, per head coach Stephen Silas.
Green will miss a third consecutive game on Friday, but Silas is "hopeful" he will be able to return for Saturday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Daishen Nix will shift back to the second unit once Green is cleared to play. There will also be fewer opportunities for Tari Eason, Eric Gordon, and Kenyon Martin Jr.
Green is leading the Rockets with a 27.8% usage rate this season and averaging 32.1 FanDuel points per game. Eason is averaging an additional 18.1 and Gordon is yielding an extra 15.6 FanDuel points per game when Green is inactive this season.
