Deandre Ayton (illness) upgraded to doubtful Tuesday for Suns
Phoenix Suns center Deandre Ayton (illness) has been upgraded from out to doubtful for Tuesday against the Charlotte Hornets.
Ayton is still expected to miss a third consecutive game, but the upgrade indicates he's nearing a return. Once Ayton is cleared, Bismack Biyombo will likely move back to the second unit and Jock Landale will have fewer minutes available off the bench.
Biyombo is currently a top point-per-dollar value at the center position on Tuesday, per numberFire's models. He has a $4,600 salary and is projected for 25.4 FanDuel points.
