Ricky Rubio resting Friday for Cavaliers
Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Ricky Rubio (left knee injury management) has been ruled out for Friday against the Golden State Warriors.
Rubio is going to rest for the first leg of a back-to-back as the Cavaliers continue to ease him back from a torn ACL. He is averaging 5.3 points, 2.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.0 3-pointers in 13.0 minutes through four games. Raul Neto figures to see an uptick in playing time on Friday with Rubio sidelined.
The Warriors are allowing the sixth-most FanDuel points per game to point guards this season, but Friday night's matchup has the second-lowest over/under (225.0) out of the nine games being played.
