Pistons' Nerlens Noel (foot) uncertain for Thursday
Detroit Pistons forward/center Nerlens Noel (foot) is questionable for Thursday's game versus the Chicago Bulls in Paris.
Noel missed Sunday's game versus the New York Knicks due to foot soreness and he could remain out for Thursday's international affair. Jalen Duren (ankle) is trending toward returning from a five-game absence, so Noel could be knocked out of the Pistons' rotation even if he's active. Isaiah Stewart stands to benefit if Noel and/or Duren are out or limited.
The Bulls are allowing the sixth-fewest FanDuel points per game to the center position this season.
