Denver Nuggets small forward Danilo Gallinari said he's fully recovered from the sprained ankle, which prematurely ended his 2015-16 campaign, and he's already begun training for next year.
"I’m fine. I’ve recovered from my sprained ankle and I’m ready," said Gallinari. "I already began training." He'll make for a solid early mid-round selection in next year's drafts.
Gallinari played in 53 games this past season, earning a 5.7 nERD, which ranked 30th in the league. He produced some of the best numbers of his career with averages of 19.5 points (career-high), 5.3 boards, 2.5 assists, 1.6 triples, 0.8 steals and just 1.5 turnovers per game, which was good enough for top-45 value in standard leagues.
