Seth Curry (ankle) will not play Friday for Nets
Brooklyn Nets point guard Seth Curry (ankle) will not play on Friday against the Toronto Raptors.
Curry's next chance to make his season debut will be on Monday versus the Memphis Grizzlies. Joe Harris (ankle) is listed as probable after sitting out Wednesday's opener, so he will help provide the Nets with some much-needed shooting. Patty Mills and Cam Thomas should still see additional minutes while Curry is out and Harris ramps back up.
Mills played 22.7 minutes on Wednesday and scored 17.2 FanDuel points with a 19.9% usage rate. Thomas scored 3.5 FanDuel points in 12.7 minutes and recorded a 13.1% usage rate. numberFire's models project Curry to average 29.7 minutes, 13.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.6 3-pointers per game this season.
