Hornets' Kemba Walker scores 37 in Game 6 loss
Charlotte Hornets guard Kemba Walker scored a playoff career-high 37 points during a Game 6 97-90 loss to the Miami Heat on Friday, adding three rebounds, five assists, two steals and four 3-pointers in 39 minutes.
Walker was on fire from the start of the game on Friday night, but he couldn't get any help from his teammates. The rest of the Hornets were 18-for-46 in the game, while Miami had all five starters scoring in double figures.
Walker is averaging 25.0 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists in this series. However, until Friday he has been very inefficient, posting an Effective Field Goal Percentage of 37.9 percent for the series.
