Isaiah Thomas (ankle) will start on Thursday for Celtics
Boston Celtics point guard Isaiah Thomas (ankle) will be in the starting lineup for Thursday's Game 6 against the Atlanta Hawks.
The Celtics will go with the same starting lineup they've been using of Thomas, Evan Turner, Jae Crowder, Jonas Jerebko and Amir Johnson for Game 6. Thomas will look to bounce back from a disappointing Game 5 performance for Thursday's home game.
He's averaging 24.0 points, 4.0 assists, and 3.0 rebounds in 35.3 minutes per game to start the playoffs, while shooting 40.0 percent from the floor. His 8.4 nERD ranked 16th best in the regular season. Our models project him to put up 25.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, 7.1 assists, 1.3 steals and 2.6 3-pointers tonight against the Hawks while making 42.1 percent of his shots from the field
