Salah Mejri warming up for Mavericks, will try to play
Dallas Mavericks center Salah Mejri (hip) is warming up and will try to play against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday.
This is good news for the Mavericks as Mejri has been very productive against the Thunder. He and Zaza Pachulia figure to split up the minutes at center, with Mejri having the higher upside in fantasy. David Lee (foot) will not be playing in the rest of the first round.
Mejri had an encouraging rookie campaign, averaging 11.3 points per-36 minutes on a 63.6 True Shooting Percentage while sporting a 17.0 percent Total Rebound Rate in the regular season. His 1.0 nERD ranked 70th in the league. Mejri has averaged 4.8 points and 3.3 rebounds in 19.0 minutes per game during the series.
