Detroit Pistons point guard Cory Joseph (back) has been ruled out for Friday versus the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Pistons have ruled out starters Joseph and Marvin Bagley (hip) on Friday in the second leg of a back-to-back, as well as Kelly Olynyk (rest). Joseph's absence should primarily creates more opportunities for Frank Jackson, Killian Hayes, and Saben Lee.
