Atlanta's Tim Hardaway Jr. is questionable for opening game
Atlanta Hawks shooting guard Tim Hardaway Jr. (hamstring) is questionable for Game 1 versus the Boston Celtics on Saturday.
He was getting up some shots at practice on Friday, but the Hawks recalled Lamar Patterson from the D-League in case Hardaway can't play. Kyle Korver, Thabo Sefolosha and Kent Bazemore will all likely see more minutes if he misses time.
Playing 16.9 minutes per game, Hardaway averaged 6.4 points, 1.7 boards and 1.0 assists while hitting 43 percent of his shots. His 52.1 Effective Field Goal Percentage was higher than his 50.1 career average.
