Julius Randle (quad) to start for Knicks Sunday; Obi Toppin to come off bench
The New York Knicks will start Sunday's game against the Detroit Pistons with Julius Randle (quad) in the starting lineup.
Randle will step back into the starting lineup after spending the last week dealing with a quad injury. Obi Toppin will rotate in off the bench with Randle back in the starting five.
