Magic starting Moe Wagner Thursday for Wendell Carter Jr. (ankle)
Orlando Magic center Moe Wagner will start on Thursday versus the Detroit Pistons.
Wagner will replace Wendell Carter Jr. (ankle) in the first unit to make his first start of the season. Robin Lopez also figures to enter the rotation off the bench.
Wagner has an $8,500 salary for Thursday's one-game slate and numberFire's models project him to score 25.9 FanDuel points. The Pistons are allowing the ninth-fewest FanDuel points per game to the center position this season.
