Justin Holiday lights up Sixers for 29 points in Chicago's victory
Chicago Bulls guard Justin Holiday poured in 29 points on 9-of-15 shooting on Wednesday, hitting five 3-pointers with five assists, three rebounds, two steals and one block in 37 minutes.
Chicago finishes the season 6-2 in their final eight games, but it's all for naught as they miss the playoffs and head into what should be an eventful offseason. Holiday has played strong down the stretch, and he might earn a permanent spot in the rotation next season, when he'll earn $1.0 million in the final year of his contract.
Holiday earned a -2.0 nERD through 53 games this season, ranking 100th in the league. In seven April contests, he averaged 10.9 points, 2.9 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.6 3-pointers on a 61.3 True Shooting Percentage.
