Kyrie Irving will not play for Cavaliers in regular season finale
Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving (rest) will not play against the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday.
What It Means:
Matthew Dellavedova should get most of the point guard minutes tonight and plenty of shots, too. Expect to see some Jordan McRae at the point, as well.
Irving has had a bit of a down year through this regular season, averaging 19.6 points and 4.7 assists per game with a 49.6 Effective Field Goal Percentage. His 3.1 nERD ranks 46th in the league.
