Thunder limiting Josh Giddey to 30-minute range
Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Josh Giddey will be limited to around 30 minutes moving forward, per head coach Mark Daigneault.
Giddey was held to 30 minutes on Monday, which was less playing time than Tre Mann (35), Darius Bazley, and Lu Dort (38). He isn't dealing with an injury, but the Thunder want to manage Giddey's reps to prevent fatigue and improve their draft standing. Oklahoma City's next game is on Wednesday versus the Toronto Raptors.
Giddey played 30.2 minutes on Monday and scored 38.7 FanDuel points. numberFire's models currently project Giddey for 30.1 minutes and 31.1 FanDuel points on Wednesday.
