Shane Larkin scores career-high 20 points as Nets fall to Washington
Brooklyn Nets point guard Shane Larkin scored a career-high 20 points during a 120-111 loss to the Washington Wizards on Monday, adding six rebounds, seven assists and two 3-pointers in 31 minutes.
He made 9-of-13 from the field as the Nets were able to get a lot of buckets in transition for this game. Larkin has been all over the place all season, but this was his second good game in a row. He probably won't be the best punt play on Wednesday against the Toronto Raptors because of so many backups looking at big minutes.
Larkin owns a nERD of -4.5 this season, which ranks 115th in the league. He is averaging 7.3 points, 2.3 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.2 steals per game in 22.4 minutes of action.
