Minnesota Timberwolves guard Josh Okogie (quad contusion) will not play in Sunday's game against the Detroit Pistons.
Okogie has seen his role diminish with the Timberwolves this season, averaging 12.7 minutes per game this season after averaging at least 20 per contest in each of his first three years. His absence this afternoon won't do much to alter Minnesota's approach.
Okogie is averaging 7.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per 36 minutes so far in the 2021-22 season.
