Pelicans' Jrue Holiday will be out at least six weeks
New Orleans Pelicans point guard Jrue Holiday (orbital wall fracture) had successful surgery and will have a timetable of six to eight weeks.
This means Holiday should be 100 percent for next season. The important takeaway from this season is Holiday's troublesome leg didn't give him any issues, so he will be back on the radar as a mid-round pick next season. He is under contract with the Pelicans through the 2016-'17 season.
He finished the 2015-'16 campaign with averages of 16.8 points, 6.0 assists, 3.0 boards, 1.4 steals, 1.3 treys and 2.6 turnovers in 28.2 minutes through 65 appearances. Holiday will finish the season with a -0.8 nERD, ranking him inside the top 100 of the league.
