Jazz' Joe Ingles (ACL) out for remainder of 2021-22 season
Utah Jazz guard/forward Joe Ingles suffered a torn ACL injury in Sunday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Ingles suffered a scary knee injury in Sunday's game and was unable to return. Further testing this morning revealed that the veteran had torn his ACL, thereby ending his 2021-2022 campaign. Fortunately, the testing revealed no further damage, so Ingles should be able to make a full recovery.
The longtime Jazz vet had been a crucial and flexible part of the team's rotation for most of this season, averaging 10.4 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per 36 minutes in his age-34 campaign.
