Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose (rest) will not play in the team's final two games of the regular season.
It's not clear what prompted this decision, but Rose is done for the year and can be safely dropped in all formats. With E'Twaun Moore (hamstring) also out for the season, Aaron Brooks should get all of the run he can handle in good matchups against the New Orleans Pelicans and Philadelphia Sixers.
Rose will finish this season with a -9.2 nERD, which currently rates as the fourth-worst mark in the league. In 66 contests, he averaged 16.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 2.7 turnovers per game on a 47.9 True Shooting Percentage.
