Portland Trail Blazers shooting guard Norman Powell (personal) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Boston Celtics.
Powell will miss a seventh straight game. Nassir Little (ankle, questionable) will likely draw another start if he's available. Ben McLemore is in line to benefit if Little is also ruled out.
