Portland Trail Blazers point guard Dennis Smith Jr. (ankle) is available to play on Wednesday versus the Miami Heat.
Smith has been upgrade from probable. He will continue to work as the primary point guard behind Anfernee Simons while Damian Lillard (abdomen) is inactive.
