Kemba Walker (knee) questionable again Tuesday for Knicks

New York Knicks point guard Kemba Walker (knee) is questionable to play Tuesday versus the Minnesota Timberwolves.

What It Means:

Walker missed a ninth consecutive game on Monday. Afterward, Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau said that while Walker has been progressing, the veteran point guard "probably hasn't taken enough contact yet." That leads us to believe that Walker will remain out Tuesday on the second end of the Knicks' back-to-back. Alec Burks should draw another start in Walker's place while Immanuel Quickley benefits off the bench.

In the event that Kemba plays Tuesday, numberFire's models project him for 19.1 minutes and 18.0 FanDuel points. The Timberwolves are allowing the third-fewest FanDuel points per game to the point guard position this season.
