Anthony Davis (knee) cleared for contact at Lakers practice
Los Angeles Lakers forward/center Anthony Davis (knee) has been "cleared for an on-court ramp up with contact," per head coach Frank Vogel.
Davis still doesn't have a timeline to return, but Vogel added that "everything looked clean on the MRI." It sounds like Davis is nearing a return after missing the last month of action. The Lakers have played more small ball with LeBron James at center during that time. Dwight Howard, DeAndre Jordan, and Carmelo Anthony (back) have also been more involved.
LeBron is averaging 59.4 FanDuel points per game without Davis this season, compared to 45.0 FanDuel points when both players are active.
