Bulls' Taj Gibson is likely out for the season
Chicago Bulls forward, Taj Gibson (ribs) will not play on Saturday versus the Cleveland Cavaliers and is likely out for the season.
Gibson is nursing a broken rib, and with one more loss the Bulls are officially out of the playoffs. Bobby Portis and Nikola Mirotic will continue to see bigger minutes with Gibson out.
Gibson has a nERD of 3.0 this season. He will finish the year averaging 8.6 points and 6.9 rebounds in 26.5 minutes per game, but his Effective Field Goal Percentage of 52.5 percent is the highest in his career.
