Eric Gordon (groin) out Monday for Rockets in back-to-back
Houston Rockets shooting guard Eric Gordon (groin) is out for Monday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Gordon may have injured his groin during Sunday's loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, but hopefully the Rockets are mostly being precautious on the second leg of a back-to-back. Gordon's next chance to play will be on Wednesday versus the Sacramento Kings. Kenyon Martin Jr., David Nwaba, and Garrison Matthews are in line for additional minutes on Monday versus the 76ers.
Martin is now numberFire's third-best point-per-dollar value on Monday's seven-game slate after Gordon was ruled out. He has a $4,400 salary and our models project Martin for 26.3 FanDuel points over 30.1 minutes. Nwaba ($4,400) is our eighth-best value and he is projected for 24.3 FanDuel points.
