New York Knicks forward/center Kristaps Porzingis (shoulder) will not play against the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday.
It will be his fourth DNP in a row and the rookie could be shut down. Porzingis could not go through practice on Tuesday and really hasn't seen any encouraging short-term signs. While he's out, Derrick Williams figures to flirt with 30 minutes while Kevin Seraphin backs him up. Williams figures to get more run against a guy like Marvin Williams.
Williams is our number-one value play for Wednesday's DFS slate, as our metrics project him to put up 23.54 FanDuel points on a $3700 price tag in the form of 14.3 points and 5.7 rebounds tonight against the Hornets. His 1.3 nERD ranks 61st in the league.
