Jerami Grant will play on Friday for 76ers
Philadelphia 76ers forward Jerami Grant (knee, quad) will play on Friday versus the Charlotte Hornets.
He was listed as out on the initial injury report, so this is a surprise. Grant will be on a minutes limit, but he's worth a look for any owner in desperate need of blocks. With Grant available, the 76ers won't have to rely on Carl Landry and Elton Brand as much.
Grant owns a disappointing -4.5 nERD this season, which ranks 122nd. He's averaging 9.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.7 blocks per game, while posting a 50.2 True Shooting Percentage in 70 games played. We project him to average 10.5 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.5 blocks per game over the remaining course of the season, while shooting 45.5 percent from the field.
