Philadelphia 76ers shooting guard Shake Milton (right ankle) went through shootaround on Thursday.
Milton is trending toward making his season debut on Thursday versus the Detroit Pistons. He will likely be eased into things at first, so Tyrese Maxey should be able to retain the starting job for the time being.
