Jerami Grant (elbow) ruled out for Pistons against Atlanta
Detroit Pistons forward Jerami Grant (left elbow infection) is out for Monday against the Atlanta Hawks.
The Pistons added Grant to the injury report Monday morning with an elbow infection and he will miss at least one game. Trey Lyles and Kelly Olynyk are both candidates to start in place of Grant, and Saddiq Bey is in line for a larger role on offense.
Grant is leading the Pistons with a 26.8% usage rate through two games and he's averaging the second-most minutes (32.0) behind Bey (33.5). Per numberFire's NBA Heat Map, the Pistons have the second-lowest implied total (101.0) on the board.
