Cleveland Cavaliers guard/forward Iman Shumpert (knee) did not on practice Monday.
His status is up in the air for Tuesday against the Houston Rockets. LeBron James (rest) has been ruled out for Tuesday, so Shumpert would be a candidate to start in that game. If he's also out, the Cavs would likely give more run to Richard Jefferson.
Shumpert owns a -1.4 nERD, which ranks 91st, in 48 games played this season. He's averaging 5.6 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game while posting a career low 47.6 True Shooting Percentage. Shumpert has actually posted worse totals in his three games as a starter this season (2.7 points, 3.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists), so despite the potential increase in playing time, he doesn't make for a great option.
