Victor Oladipo will not play for Magic
Orlando Magic guard Victor Oladipo (sprained wrist) will not play against the Miami Heat on Friday, Orlando coach Scott Skiles said.
Oladipo tested his wrist in pre-game warmups, and it looks like it's still giving him issues. Without him, Mario Hezonja will join the starting five while Evan Fournier and Elfrid Payton will take on a big chunk of the offensive load.
Oladipo has a nERD of -0.2 this season. He is averaging 16.0 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.9 assists. However, in the month of March, he has turned up the jets, averaging 21.4 points per game. He has an Effective Field Goal Percentage (eFG%) of 48.8 percent this season, which is a career-high. However, much like his scoring this month, his eFG% in 12 March games is 55.9 percent.
