Knicks' Lance Thomas, Kevin Seraphin out Sunday
New York Knicks guard/forward Lance Thomas (knee) and forward/center Kevin Seraphin (foot) have been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Sacramento Kings.
With Thomas and Seraphin out and Carmelo Anthony a game-time call, Derrick Williams could see a big workload tonight.
Williams ranks 69th in the league with a 1.3 nERD, and is averaging 18.8 points and 7.6 rebounds per 36 minutes this season, making him a decent fantasy option, especially if Anthony doesn't play.
