The Oklahoma City Thunder are trading forward/center Al Horford and center Moses Brown, along with a 2023 second-round pick, to the Boston Celtics for point guard Kemba Walker, a 2021 first-round pick, and a 2025 second-round pick.
Horford played just 28 games last season before the Thunder went into tank mode and shut the veteran down for the final six weeks of the season. The 35-year-old veteran will offer some depth for Boston in the front-court behind Robert Williams. Horford previously spent three seasons with the Celtics from 2016-2019.
Horford averaged 31.6 FanDuel points in 27.9 minutes per game for the Thunder with 14.2 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 0.9 steals, 0.9 blocks, and 2.0 3-pointers.
