Knicks' Arron Afflalo will not play Wednesday
New York Knicks guard, Arron Afflalo (strained right abdominal muscle) will not play against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday.
What It Means:
This injury comes out of nowhere, so hopefully no one rostered him on FanDuel Wednesday night. Without Afflalo Wednesday, Sasha Vujacic will get the start, and Langston Galloway will also get some extra run off the bench.
Afflalo has a nERD of -2.4 this season with the Knicks, and he is averaging 13.9 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 56 games played. His first season with the Knicks has had its ups and downs, but his True Shooting Percentage of 54.9 percent ranks him 10th among starting two guards.
