Los Angeles Clippers guard Patrick Beverley (injury management) will not play Friday against the Houston Rockets.
Beverley, Paul George (rest), Kawhi Leonard (rest), Terance Mann (personal), and Amir Coffey (health protocols) have all been ruled out for the second leg of the Clippers' back-to-back. Reggie Jackson (Achilles) is doubtful, so Rajon Rondo will likely make the start at point guard with Yogi Ferrell as the backup.
Over a 21-minute sample size with Beverley, George, Leonard, Mann, and Jackson off the court, Ferrell is registering a 19.8 percent usage rate and averaging 1.3 FanDuel points per minute. The Rockets are allowing the third-most FanDuel points to the point guard position over their last 15 games.
